What is KoreaMoa?

KoreaMoa is a free information service that helps foreigners living in or preparing to settle in Korea find new opportunities such as education, scholarships, job events and living support. It gathers notices published by official organizations such as public agencies and universities, summarizes them briefly, and always links to the original notice and the official application page.

Our principles

• It is free and needs no sign-up. There are no advertisements and no pop-ups covering the first screen.
• We publish only official sources and facts that can be checked. When something is not confirmed in the original, we do not make it up; we mark it “To be confirmed” or “Not stated”.
• AI is used only to help with classification, summarizing and translation. Eligibility, whether something is free, amounts of support, deadlines, required documents and chances of selection are shown only when the original supports them, and AI does not fill them in.
• Notices whose deadline or target group is unclear are not placed in “Closing soon” or “Open for applications now”.
• We do not judge whether a particular person can obtain a visa.

How we collect information

The notices in this preview version were collected by directly checking the websites of official organizations (the Seoul foreign resident portal, university international offices, family centers and others) on September 28, 2026. Automatic collection and updating are not connected yet, so each notice shows the date the information was collected, and later changes may not be reflected.

We check each organization’s terms of use and leave out sites that restrict access or prohibit use. We do not copy the sentences, posters or attachments of a notice; we provide only a short fact-based summary, a link to the original and the source name.

Languages

Pages are available in 8 languages: Korean, English, Vietnamese, Chinese (Simplified), Japanese, Russian, Thai and Arabic. Every language other than Korean is an AI translation of the Korean original made by KoreaMoa; key items such as dates, amounts, free-of-charge wording and contact details are automatically checked against the original and the translation has passed a separate AI review, but it has not yet been reviewed by native speakers. If a translation is not verified, we do not create that language page for the notice, and a language that fails verification is also left out of the language switcher.

Operator

Consultation on stay and visas

KoreaMoa does not provide administrative-agent consultation. If you need professional consultation on stay or visas, you can get it from separate entities such as VISION Administrative Attorney Agent; the parties to any consultation or contract are different from the operator of KoreaMoa. We do not pass KoreaMoa subscription or report information to other offices or sites.
